Usually delivery should take no more than 2 to 5 working days. However, we ask that you allow up to 28 days for the items to arrive, as all items are sourced and dispatched from any of our stores across Australia. If you have not received your order within 14 days, we can lodge an investigation with Australia Post on your behalf. To get this started please contact us here.

This process requires another 14 day investigation period totalling 28 days. After the 14th day of the investigation period, your order may be considered Lost In Transit and we will source a replacement or issue a refund.
