Most Greater Sydney and ACT stores are closed in line with government guidelines. Due to this, warranty periods have been frozen for all orders affected by the closure of these stores.
Warranties will resume once stores reopen. Please contact us if you have an item or order that is affected during this period and you are unable to return due to your local store being closed.
We've made the decision to freeze the CeX warranty periods during the time our stores are closed, so as to cover any goods with soon to expire warranties.
Any faulty goods whose warranty expires during the closure of our stores, can be returned to us via your nearest open store within 14 days of stores reopening.
