We've made the decision to freeze all CeX warranty periods during the time our Greater Sydney and ACT stores are closed, so as to cover any goods with soon to expire warranties.
However, you are still able to return these items to us via post, in line with our warranty policy.
If you're unable to return your order due to store closures, you can return them within 2 weeks of stores reopening. Please contact us if you have an item or order that is affected during this period and you are unable to return due to your local store being closed.
