2 Days Goodwill Return: In our unique 48-hours returns policy, the customer is entitled to return an Unwanted item within 48-hours of sale for a full refund to CeX voucher. Refund will be subject to testing and if the item is returned in the same condition as sold. No Cash/Card refunds shall be made under any circumstances.
24 Month Warranty: If the product sold by us is found to be faulty or develops a fault within 24-months of sale, we can offer a repair/replacement/refund provided the fault is covered under warranty. If a replacement is not possible, products will be refunded to the original mode of payment within 28 days of original purchase. If the original purchase is beyond 28 days, products will be refunded to a voucher as per the current sales value or original sales value (whichever is the lower).
- All faults must be verified in order to honour the warranty.
- Ensure to carry the purchase receipt along with the item. Without the purchase receipt, we are unable to book the item for testing.
- Faults due to removable batteries not covered beyond 28 days.
- The 2 Days Goodwill return does not include new items such as CeX Basics and SIM Cards.
You do not have to return to the same store that the item was purchased in. Your warranty will be valid in any CeX store.
