Once an order has been placed, the details can't be changed (including payment method and disposal type). Please make sure your details are up to date on your "My Account" page before placing an order.
If any changes need to be made, you can cancel the Sell order then create a brand new order with the correct details. Click here for the steps to cancel. Please let us know the new order number if the items are already on their way to us.
