You can send your items to us for free using the steps below:


1. Click the link here, then enter your order number and email address.

2. Click next. Select “Sell-to-cex” from the Reason for return drop down (you may need to scroll to the bottom to see this)

3. Enter the rest of your contact details and agree to the T&Cs.

4. Click next and select your preferred postage label option. Click next again to complete the form.


Your shipping label will be emailed to you once the form is completed. You can also click “Download label” at the bottom of the page after finishing step 4.


Please ensure your order is securely packed and your order number is clearly written on the package before shipping it to us.
