Want to pick something up from your local store rather than waiting for delivery? Passing by a CeX store and know there's something you're itching to get your hands on? Our Click & Collect service is here to help!


You can place a Click & Collect using the steps below:


1. Add your items to your basket, click "Basket", and select "Proceed to checkout".

2. Choose "Collect in store" as your fulfillment option. Note: Items must be in stock at your chosen store. If you have a mixed order, you can split items between Click & Collect and Delivery.

3. Select your preferred store.

4. Choose what should happen if that store cannot fulfill your collection (arrange for Delivery or cancel the order).

5. Confirm your address details, choose your payment method, and click "Confirm and pay".



Important: Please wait for the "Your Click & Collect order is ready" email before heading to the store. This is usually sent within a few business hours. Showing up before receiving this email may mean your order isn't ready for pickup yet!


The store will hold your goods for 48 hours. If you haven't collected your items within this time, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
