When you place an order, your bank places a temporary hold (or "pending transaction") on the funds.

Although the amount shows as unavailable in your account, it remains with your bank until we confirm your order can be fulfilled. We do not actually finalise the charge until your order is processed and ready to go.


If we're unable to complete your order for any reason, we'll cancel the pending transaction. Your bank will then release the held funds back into your available balance within a few business days.
