If an item you’ve bought from us has arrived faulty you can return it within the 28-day returns policy, however, we’ll need to be notified regarding the return as soon as possible. Such orders can be returned for a full refund to the original payment method or a like-for-like replacement in the 28-day returns policy. Contact us HERE.


CeX offers a 2-year warranty on all items except consumables like batteries, projector bulbs etc. If your item has developed a fault outside the 28-day returns policy, we’ll first try to repair it, if we’re unable to repair it we’ll replace it and yet if we’re unable to replace it, we’ll provide you with a voucher refund as per the current sale value. Please note that any item that fails our testing procedures will be returned to you.
