We provide an 8-day returns policy for items that are unwanted. If you are unable to return your item(s) within the first 8 days you will need to notify us of your intention to return your item within the first 8 days. You then have a further 8 days from the date you notify, to return your items for a refund.


If the item is returned within 8 days from the date of delivery and if they are in the exact same condition as when received, a refund to the original payment method is processed. You can either send them via post or you can take them to your local CeX store with the receipt.

Do include a copy of the receipt and a written note explaining the reason for the return. If you’re going to the store in person, you’ll need to carry the purchase receipt with you.
