Please allow up to 14 business days* for the items to arrive as items are usually located and delivered within that time-frame. If more than 14 business days have passed, please contact us here to let us know that the delivery hasn't arrived.
You may also want to check with your local post office to see if they are holding the order, as they may have tried unsuccessfully to deliver it to you.
We will then ask AusPost to investigate. In the unlikely event that an order is declared lost, we will attempt to source a replacement. If this isn't possible, we will process a refund for the missing item/s to the original payment method.
