We offer a 5-year warranty on all items excluding consumables. If your item develops a fault, we will provide a like-for-like replacement (subject to stock) or a refund.


Refunds within 28 days of delivery will be in full to the original payment method (including delivery fees). After 28 days, all refunds are to a CeX voucher at the current sale value.

Return In-Store: Visit any CeX store with your invoice. You can find your nearest store and their hours here.


Return by Post: Generate a free AusPost label here. Please include your invoice with the reason for return and your replacement/refund preference in the package.


Note: All returns are subject to testing. If the fault cannot be replicated, the item will be returned to you.
