We provide an 8 day change of mind policy for any unwanted online orders*. So long as the item(s) are returned within 8 days of delivery and are in the same condition as received, we'll process a refund to the original payment method.


How to Return:

Return In-Store: Visit any CeX store with your invoice. You can find your nearest store and their hours here.

Return by Post: Generate a free AusPost label here. Please include your invoice with the reason for return in the package.

 


If you are unable to return your item(s) within the first 8 days, please let us know via the Contact Us page here. You'll then have a further 8 days from the date you notify us to return your item(s).
