We provide an 8 day change of mind policy for any unwanted online orders. So long as the item(s) are returned within 8 days of delivery and are in the same condition as received, we'll process a refund to the original payment method.


You can either return the order by post or you can visit your local CeX store with the invoice.

Please include your invoice and a note explaining the reason for the return in the package.


If you are unable to return your item(s) within the first 8 days, please let us know via the Contact Us page here. You'll then have a further 8 days from the date you notify us to return your item(s).
